Hi Bill, I do get this message on my MacBook Air 2017 whenever I open up the mail. I hit closed and restarted mail to fix the problem. Sometimes I've had to do this at least three times. I also sometimes get this message, if I have locked my computer, and then unlocked it and returned after a while. And started working with it again.
