That’s a really good idea, Brad. How do you change the default app for playing
files?
TIA,
Donna

On any file, do a Command I. Tab to passed Open With and you will see a combo
box with a list of programs. Aero down to the one you want. Tab to change All
and VO space. This works universally for any file with any program.

Hello,
Many thanks for the recommendation to use the PontesMediaDownloaderapp

Hello,
Before upgrading my 2019 iMac to Monterey I used to hear a click for each

me confidence that the character was actually entered. This no longer happens on

I am experiencing the same thing.
Perhaps this is a bug, who knows, but for now you just have to learn to deal
with it.

Since I tried to update to Big Sur over Catalina, and even after doing a clean

I’ve had no problems with Monterey. You need to go to the context menu and open

This is a good tip, that I should have thought of.
When you open the Shortcut menu and select Open, you are running the
application as the administrator, and this enables the application to run
normally going forward.

Hi,
I am running Monterey and I still hear the clicks most of the time. When I was
running Big Sur, I also heard the clicks most of the time. I don’t notice any
difference in behavior between the two operating systems.
