I think this is very much a question of personal preference. I understand what you’re saying, but I like my devices to run fast. Patience is not one of my greatest virtues. So, is there any app that wouldn’t run on the SE? Probably not. Will those apps run faster on a 13 mini? Undoubtedly.

The other thing for me is that upgrading is kind of the gift that keeps on giving. I really do get a crazy good price on a new phone from my employer. Part of that is based on trading in my old phone. So, this year, for example, I’ll get much more for trading in a 12 than I would for trading
