In addition to creating a shell script textt file, it must be given permissions
to operate using this command:
chmod file-name
The numbrs allow all permmission functions to be linked to the file, it can use
other numbers to limit which functions and to whom permission
is given to use/mod

You need to tell your Mac that the .sh file type is to open in Terminal instead

This is the first time I have heard support for Read Aloud on the Mac using
text to speech from the Kindle app.
Unfortunately, the Kindle app is not accessible with VoiceOver on the Mac so I
recommend using Windows, IOS, iPad OS, windows, or an amazon fire Tablet.
