This is indeed the case. I tested the procedure on an M1 MacBook Air.
• hold down the power button through the startup chime plus an additional 8
seconds or so.
• cmd-f5 to turn on VO.
• interact with the Startup Options window.
• interact with the Macintosh HD area.

Can this be adjusted somewhere?

Hi all, I have a mac book Retina 2015 version with a 512GB hard disk. It has
served me well. For a project I am doing I need to install Windows in a boot
camp partition. When I run the Boot Camp assistant it lets me choose the path
to the Windows ISO file. However, I cannot find anywhere to tell

I have reported this problem to apple many times.
You will need sighted assistance to select the partition size. you cant do this
with the keyboard, as you could in previous OS releases. This problem started
with Big Sur.
Others have reported this problem as well.

Even the folks at apple accessibility could not provide any dirrection. After
screen sharing numerous times, the different reps I spoke with didn’t know what
to do. They all agreed that VoiceOver just bounced over the place
