Hi friends!
This is an audio question.
When I am logged into zoom or talking to someone on FaceTime via speakers the
quality is very very good.
When I connect my beats studio or AirPods max via bluetooth and use the same
apps the audio gets like its in a phone if you understand what I mean.
But

To close an app slide one finger up from the bottom of the screen until you
hear the second tone that will close out the app. A three finger swipe up will
not close an app it will just scroll to a new page in the current app if there
was one.

One trick you can do with zoom on the Mac when using Bluetooth headphones.
Switch the Mic to a new default such as your internal or an external desk mic.
It’s the mic specifically that changes the audio quality and when not engaged,
it acts like your only listening and presents things in the nor
Hi,
My experience is similar to that of Herbie. That is, whether it’s Zoom, Webex,
Google Meet or FaceTime, or any other meeting client for that matter, if you
set your mic to either use the internal Mac mic, or use an external desk mic,
the sound in the headphones will improve considerably.

Hi!
Well, the mic is not an issue.
Its more that I hear the sound from others coming through headphones quite
muffled.
This happens with my AirPods max as well as beats studio.

Hi,
To be clear, when I’m explaining this, it’s not that the mic performance is in
question. What happens is that when you use AirPods or similar devices, the
sound to the ear-piece portion of the AirPods changes when they are used as
both the mic and headphones. This may still not be what yo
Hi,
Are you saying that the button itself is broken, and will not attach to the
keyboard, or are you saying that the key is stuck and you can no longer make it
do what it’s supposed to.

OK Brad,
I fully believe you here, but the question was what is the on/off field :
Character preview" in
IOS 14.6 in Settings:General:Keyboard between smart punctuation and period
shortcut.
My guess is that this is the same thing as "show lowercase keys", but I can't
confirm without bugging
I believe this has to do with the “Slide to Type” feature, and my guess is that
when enabled, a slide to type character is previewed before it is actually
typed into the edit field area.
This would not be the same as “Show Lowercase Keys”, which changes the
key-labels on the keyboard to corresp
Yep. I think sliding one finger up until you hear the second tone closes the
app that you’re currently in. I have noticed that too. I think the other way
only works if you’re in the app switcher.
