Every time I try to open the Cnet website on safari, the browser goes into
total lockdown and I am forced to use the force kill system application in
order to break the lockout. It seems that some (or all) of the ads on that site

Interesting.
I had no problem viewing the CNET website using SaFari v13.1 on macOS Catalina.
Of course my new Mac mini 2018 has maxed out RAM, so maybe that makes a
difference.

Well, it probably doesn’t help that I am using an older model Mac mini (2014)
with 8 GB of ram and a 1 TB ssd installed. Oh, and it is running the latest OS
version.

Those specs aren’t bad unless you have the low-end processor, and your system
shouldn’t have had a problem.
The CNET site is definitely a resource hog.

Hello,
Have any of you successfully set up the Logictech K780 bluetooth keyboard
with the Logictech Options App on the latest Catalina? If so what benefits does
it offer over not installing this App? A Google search suggests that the App
does not work properly on Catalina.

I managed to fix the repeating problem. Not sure how I managed to turn it on,

Hi!
The Powerbeats i bought last month are really great.
You can’t drop them as the wire between them is a neck band and it has hooks
on each headphone so it hangs on your ear.

Hi,
When Safari does the busy thing for me, I turn off VO, press cmd-tab to go to a
different app, then turn VO back on, and cmd-tab my way back to Safari. Nine
times out of ten, this seems to help.

For the longest time, I have been copying the formula and pasteing it into Text

Hello Anne,
it kind of worked, but not as I expected. Whenever I launch pages, I
press command plus n, but instead of opening my custom template, the
template chooser shows up, so I press escape and press command plus n
again, and finally pages opens my custom template. I don't know why...
That is how I do it.

Ok, are you saying that I cannot delete just the b40
and replace it with b45, without retyping most of the formula?

If you open Pages Preferences, under the General tab,, the first item allows
you to choose whether when opening a new document, you want to use the Template

Hi,
After pressing option-return, the cursor is placed at the end of the formula.
The step that you’re missing is to VO-left to the “Formula Options” button.
VO-space on this button and select the “Show Formula as text” item. Now the

Thanks to everyone who responding to my quandry. You're all the best!
