It depends. What do you want to do on Facebook? Do you want to just chat with
people or look at news feeds and stuff? If just chatting, I recommend Trillian.
If doing both chatting and news feeds, Menutab Pro for Facebook is good.

Have you tried to use m.facebook.com on your mac? This is the mobile website
and is way easier to navigate then the facebook website itself. If you want to
chat with people, facebook messenger app for the iphone works well here.

As long as the app is accessible, I would assume setting up a simple home
network should be pretty obvious and straight forward. I’ve not used this yet,
but I Think and Think is the important word that I read somewhere that it is
accessible. I could be thinking of another router though.

Ever heard of the application/extension called ad block+? That is what I use on
my system including Safari.

DO not know if my question is right or not, but i need to make a clean install

I'm not aware of any setting that changes this behavior. I have gone all
through the Finder preferences, and have never come across any such setting.
This is just the Apple way of doing things.
