Hi Sabahattin,
Thank you for this advice. As you rightly point out the last thing I want is
to slow down my network. The reason I purchased Netgear Nighthawk was in order
to improve the performance of my network. As the number of devices/computers
has increased in my home over the last few y

I use Word on my Mac. I like to place beginning and end marks so that I can
copy the body of text in between. Is there a method to do that? Also,, I will
be grateful for some guidance on using email.
Take care,
Hem.

Hi all,
One thing I like about JAWS is the ability to initiate a JAWS find, and then
search for all subsequent occurrences of that text using F3. Is there some

TIA,

How exactly does this work? Can a slide be displayed without triggering
playback of attached media? If yes, how is media playback/replay
triggered?

Thanks, Pete. I've used VO-F, and I agree, it would be nice if it remembered
your last search term. But at least now I have the VO-G and VO-Shift G to rely
on. thank you for this info.

It may be that your new router has the latest wifi standard and the Airport may
not work with that.
It might be something to look into.

Hi,
Just a little clarification here. The problems you were having are not
specifically due to Apple incompatibilities. As Sabahattin mentioned, the
Express has specific features that allow it to be a "repeater". The Extreme,
and many other home routers are not meant to be repeaters, but mor

Hi,
One of the easiest ways to attach a file to an email is to find it in your
finder, copy it to the clipboard, and paste it into the message body of the
email.
I hope that helps.

Hi guys,
Has anyone had any problems with the stability of Linux machines after Debian 8
and Centos 6 as far as Speakup goes in Vmware fusion 11 and 11.5?
This has been an issue that I’ve seen for quite some time, and it is now really
starting to becoming annoying with newer versions of Linux?
Have you tried Fenrir as your screen reader on the Linux machines?

There was recently a mailing list discussion of the dependencies that had to be
installed to run it under Debian. There’s already an Arch Linux package in the

I have not tried this screen reader as it is hard enough to get the basic
distributions installed with Speakup for the install process.
Sometimes I can get most of the way through the process and others I cannot.
