Hi,
I feel so stupid; I can't work out how to play music or tune-in pro radio from
my ipod touch 6th gen via airplay into my airport express. I have found
airplay mirror button in the control centre but when I tap it, I get only one
choice: my apple tv. I thought airplay has by now become pos
So Windows 10 it is then. I saw some references online to it working
under 7, but wasn't sure.
Thanks for the reply,

Well, the KNFBReader can kind of read computer screens. You probably
won't be able to use an otherwise inaccessible app by having the
KNFBReader read the screen to you. But if you get stuck, you might be
able to figure out why by having it read an inaccessible dialog box or
something like that.
I use a headset from Aftershokz. They are bone-conduction which means
they don't cover your ears. I was getting a lot of ear infections and I
thought maybe it was because my ears were covered for 8 hours a day.
Plus I was worried about the effect headphones had on my hearing. That's

Hi, I actually use that headset also, though the microphone is sketchy for
phone calls. I have the corded model. I had one of the original Aftershokz
bluetooth models but the power port died fairly early on.

I'm glad I found out that screen curtain saves no battery life. But I
think turning the screen brightness down does. I have mine set to 0 on
all of my IOS devices. A visually impaired friend had his set very high

Hello but the good news is if you use a screen reader or any related access
tools the windows upgrade is still free and if you have any trouble the
Microsoft access line is great and they will help you install win 10 for you

David this sounds correct to me as well, black requires juice just like all the
other colors. Turning down the brightness is the only way to save power with
the screen. Frankly, I don’t bother, just put the brightness in auto mode and
let her rip.

I can help you with everything but the base adjustment. On the cordless side,
the Plantronics Voyager 5220 is a fantastic headset with the best noise
cancelation I’ve used so far and that’s saying something because plantronics
has kick ass sound cancelation in their products for a long time now
Hi I too have windows running under bootcamp and I have two
thunderbolt hard drives. They have never worked under windows 7 or now
under windows 10. They work fine under OSX. I think its just how the
bootcamp drivers are written, that as soon as you switch to windows
thunderbolt is turned off.

Thanks for this info. I was talking to a support person at Plantronix who also
recommended that very model as well as a lower end one, the Black Wire 315.
Anyone used that model?
Both of these are on my Black Friday shopping list to look at.

Hi!
I am going to buy the amadeus pro version but need to know whats the
differences between the one from app store and the one from their site?
I know i can convert the license but if i can get the most out of the one
version from appStore i get that one because the easyness with payment and suc
You'll want the version from the website. The app store version, because of
Apple's "sanboxing" approach to apps, takes away some functionality. Such as
being able to save in some formats, or missing some options.

Hi,
Has anyone on the list had aftershockz bluez 2S headset? If so, is it easy to
pair with iOS devices and/or mac? Any comments on their performance? I've only
just come across them and thought they might be rather useful as they wouldn't
cut out the ambient noise - an important factor if I w
I’m not sure about the black wire but I would also add the lEgend to the list
of plantronics devices. The legend is just about as good as the 5220 but may
be found a bit cheaper because it’s been a work horse model for several years
now.
I would think the black wire o would be a fine option t
I love mine because they let me hear both ambient and i-device sounds,
improving navigation and phone access. They pair just fine.

Same here. I recommend spending the extra to get the Trekz Titanium. The
Blues I have had all broke or stopped working. Aftershokz was good about
replacing them, but that gets old. The Titaniums are made differently and are
much more durable. I wear mine around the house and leave them on m
No, black does not requirejuice. I have been thinking about this and
this thing about the screen curtain not saving power defies the laws of
physics. When the screen curtain is off, light is emitted from the
screen. Energy is escaping through the screen. If the screen curtain is
off, where doe
I commented about the Aftershokz bluz2 in another thread earlier today.
I am very happy with mine. It is the first bluetooth headset I have so I
have little to compare them with. But the sound is surprisingly good. It
is not as good as over-the-ears headphones but it's pretty good. The

No, I had the same experience as you with respect to navigating with the
bluz2 headphones on. I think it is safe to use them with the IOS maps
app because it speaks infrequently. But I have found that I lose my
spidey sence if I am listening to music and trying to walk around the
house. You kno
Of course black requires power, any light omitted regardless of color requires
the same amount of power. The color of the pixels doesn’t matter they all
generate the same amount regardless of whether it’s white, black or something

What is wrong with the apple headphones for your mobile?

Yes, that is what I am waiting for. I currently use my earpods, and my cheap
