I haven’t experienced this on the Mac, except occasionally when the OS is still
loading up, but I have noticed something similar on iOS. Not sure about
solution.

We have discovered a possible bug when trying to play certain albums. In one
particular album, the track list was there but they all say "dimmed", meaning
it is not possible to play that track. However, if we double tap shuffle the
album will play, in a somewhat random order of course. If
I’m not much help here but i can confirm this what album though i’m not sure
it happened in one of my playlists and i was too tired to figure it out at the
time.

While the Sonos controller for Mac does have accessibility hints on many of
the controlls that are helpful when using VoiceOver most of the buttons and
controlls do not actually have text labels which makes it not very
efficient or enjoyable to use unfortunately. Hopefully this will be

Yes, you could reasign the camands if you haven’t done that already. I am sure
you know how. The other thing I have done when strange things happen is that I
repair permissions. I imagine you know tha that h happens in disk utility.
