They’re in your Library folder. In the Finder, go to the Go menu and use the VO
keys when navigating down. Without the Option key, you won’t find the Library
folder.

Try changing your terminal type to vt100. The setting is under

Pages with VoiceOver, but when I told my computer to open the file with

There is yes, but they all use Safari as a backdoor because Apple does not
allow third party browsers to use their own engine. For example, Chrome uses
Webkit which Safari also uses. Same is true for Instabrowser.

That’s true. However, when I had this problem, the reset button didn’t fix the

Quite a while back, I had this problem. I removed all VO prefs and rebooted the
machine. Then I reset my VO settings back to what I wanted. That, for me,
corrected the problem.
Please be careful if you decide to do this and make sure you are certain about
what prefs you are removing.
