Hi all, I can't seem to save attachments. I follow the usual steps (move to the message, go to File > Save Attachments…, select a folder) but the file(s) never appear in the folder I choose. I've looked a level above the chosen folder, then two levels, but the file isn't there. I'm running 10.10

Hi, I normally just save them all to my Desktop without any problems. Open the message, up to File, down to Save Attachments, press cmd-shift-d to make sure it will go to the Desktop then press return or press Save. Haven’t tried to save it anywhere else so can’t necessarily give help there.
