Yes you have to create another user account.
To do this first open system preferences.
Next go to users and groups.
Next choose click the lock to make changes.
Next enter you're password. Next press enter after entering the password.

saw a way to change the signature there. In the help for iCloud, it says
there's a web mail link, but my iPod doesn't show a page when I click it. It
