Has this started happening only after you updated? If yes it just could be that
they dropped support for older versions of OS X. It might now require mountain

your mac if you can, or try to find the older version and
Hello Don,
Having located Mail in the table, stop interacting and navigate right and
uncheck the following check boxes: Show notifications on lock screen, Show
message preview, and Show in Notification Center:.
That should fix it.

Hi since were talking about youtube. :)
What are the other key commands for using youtube?
I know the "j" key is rewind, the "k" key is pause play, & the "l" key is fast

Are there more key commands for youtube such as "play next video" or play

hi, all,
Most of the time Louis works for me, but there's an rtf file I'm trying to
translate to brl format. I choose the file to translate, then the name of the
brl file, then go to the processing tab and choose translate. It gives me the
message that the file has been translated and the file
Hi, all,
I see in louis's settings that it's possible to send a translation directly to
a serial device. I have a braille Lite 40. i haven't been able to get this to
work. Is it only meant for printers? Just curious.
Thanks,
teresa

Sure, it's safe to download. You might have gotten a message not allowing it to
install, because of the high security setting in oS X. You can turn this off in
Safari or system preferences. In the meantime, you can go into the contextual
menu and choose "open".

Hi all,
I just saw this on Twitter: Apple is now letting anyone test OS X, starting

Hi Jessica.
I'm not a beta tester but I don't think it is free. Apple allows to test its
betas just to who have subscribed its beta testing service.
Have a great day.

Yes, it's free, but I don't think it allows you to test betas of major
versions, unfortunately. I do encourage people to do this as well, the more
testers that use accessibility features, the better.

Hello,
Does anyone here use MBraille on the IPhone? I just started using it, and
really like it so far.
I was hoping people might have some tips for using it. I have some trouble with
the table layout, because the layout of the dots is a bit weird. The away
layout is easier for me, but not as
Sorry, I lost the directions for where to put that Table renaming applescript
so that it's accessible in the numbers app. I've put it in
Philhalt/library/scripts/numbers/ (philhalt is my username)
but whenI look in the Numbers/services menu item, from within the numbers app,
it isn't there.

So far, 10.9.3 is the latest beta, and there won't be a 10.10 beta until June.
I've seen nothing about restrictions as of right now, so only time will tell if
*everyone* can access 10.10, unless I missed an article?

To my knowledge, it will never appear in the Services menu, as it is a script
not a service. You can enable the scripts menu from the "General" preference
pane of the AppleScript Editor utility. The scripts menu then appears in the
menu extras menu.
To have it appear in the scripts menu, place i
Hi Brandon,
I use and love mBraille. Here are my tips:
Set it to always use "away" layout, table layout is only useful with the iPad,
and even then it's no where near as easy as away layout.
Turn tutorial mode off, this only seemed to make things difficult for me.
Get the pro version, it's defini
Thanks, I enabled the scripts menu and the script, which I placed in

of organization it would be good for me to create it and place the Numb

How are you switching between apps and does your Mail activity kick in when you
switch to mail?
I have a Mail activity with low verbosity and switching is immediate using
Cmd-Tab. I have a MacBook Air 11-inches with 8 gb of RAM.
Cheers,
