Yeah, I've been getting a little mixed up because for some reason things aren't working as they should for me. Glad you got it sorted though. They say to create the applications folder. Not sure if it's just for organisation, or if it has something to do with making sure only the scripts for the front most application are visible. In my scripts menu, none of the scripts from the ~/Library/Scripts folder are shown.
