Hi, when you download a file, for going to the download page, you can press command + l for going to the address bar (when you write a web site address) and then press tab until you hear download button. In general you can find tutorials of voiceover pressing vo (command+option) and the H key.

Hi, After the track is split, there are now 2 regions. You just delete the region containing the part of the track you do not want. If you are deleting the first portion of a track, you might want to use control delete. This not only deletes the region but, slides the remaining region in its
