Hello everyone, In OS X 10.7.3 and OS X 10.7.4, it seems that VO users can no longer create shortcuts for Services or other predefined categories in System Preferences. We can still create shortcuts for commands in specific applications.
Since 10.7.3, there has been an Add button next to the command name but VO users can't click it. I tried VO-Space, VO-Shift-Space, Space Bar alone, Return, and bringing the mouse, turning off VO, and clicking with the trackpad, but nothing worked. Has anyone else had this trouble?
