I need to burn five custom CDs with some music for a grant
application. I need to put a five second silence between track 1 and
2. the rest of the spaces need to be the standard two seconds. I

Why not just add 3 seconds to the first track under the options tab in Info!
command+I then when your done just go back and remove the 3 seconds!
Then setting a 2 second gap for all will do what you want!

I realize we are not talking about other screen readers. I was just indicating
that I follow the same procedure because I started not to and then I had the
same problem you mentioned. However, once I started closing windows and other
applications I was not using at the moment, that help
In any case, I have seen this happen with the threads since I installed Lion.
I do not believe a clean install would fix this.

monitor. He said there was no such problem that has ever been reported.
