Hi Dan,
Curious. How did you know that full Lion disk encryption is 128 bit?

Hi,
A newbie question on the encryption. Actually two. Does it have any latency
once encrypted on an ssd drive? And how does it play with drop box?

Hi William Windels,
Windows is rather snappy on vmware fusion. I have xp and I'm running it without
any trouble. It is true that you need to manage your usb devices when
connecting them to the vm, but is workable really. In fusion, when windows is
minimized and running, you have a bunch of optio

First make sure that on the mac side, you have your dashboard keys turned off
in system preferences, keyboard, keyboard shortcuts. Then, make sure that in

Hi.
I have tried contacting the developer of docuscan, because it would be great if
they could add support for other languages, but they do not answer that
question at all. My brother has also asked them. In my opinion docuscan is
great but rather slow.

Hi Yuma,
The good thing about the disk encryption in Lion is, that there is not much you
need to know about it. Just turn it on in sysprefs, follow the dialogs and off
you go.

Hello Paul,
It was in an Apple article I came across regarding the hole disk encryption in
Lion. It was discussing the different encryption schemes currently in use and
the reasons for them. It pointed out that generally, the 128 bit encryption was
in most cases and for most people just as good
A related question. If I have a quad core Mini can I allocate it to four
processors? If I do does Windows share the processers with Lion on a need
to use basis? I suspect this must be true because otherwise you could not
run VM Fusion with a single core chip.

Hi Bill,
I would say: maybe you can consult the doc or help that comes with fusion. I

does make a difference to change the number of alloc

You need to customize the air.
That is what custom order means.

Not sure why Apple did it this way but the normal Finder connection to
an FTP server is read only. Apparently if you install Google's MacFUSE,
which is a framework for mounting all kinds of different volumes, you
can then add Macfusion which lets you mount an FTP server as read/write.
