Hi Max, You should find that Option-Cursor up/down moves by paragraph and FN-Option-Cursor up/down moves by one screen. If you want to navigate by a whole page in Pages, go to the View Menu, choose Zoom and then choose "Fit Page". Now, pressing FN-Option-Cursor up/down will move to the next o

Hi Kevin, It looks like it did not import the info into the correct fields. Sometimes, you need to coax things a little. That is, open the CSV file and put some header info at the front of the file, things like "First Name", "Last Name", "Address" etc. This should help Address Book know wha
