Hello
You could go into windows 7 and in the sound option of the control panel,
look at the output devices that the computer detects and configure them. In
some cases, the output device for the speakers and headphones might differ,
though personally I've never experienced a problem with headphones
And I suspect that will impact battery performance. Not a wise design IMHO.
After all, once you have set your location, unless it tracks your position to
provide data on the location where you currently are, there is no reason to
have this on continuously.

I'd say there's no reason for debate. The warrantee is the best part of your
mac, and if you want it to retain any value after next month then you need the
warrantee.
If anything happens to your mac and you need service, the cost of service will
be so high out of warrantee that you might as we
I did confirm that the weather app was the problem. Rather than turning

While I'm generally not a fan of extended warranties, I do recommend getting
the AppleCare plan for Apple laptops with one caveat: Shop around before
purchasing the warranty. A number of retailers such as Amazon sell AppleCare at

I respectfully disagree with this point of view. Sure, you might be good at
fixing things yourself, but then again you might not. If you aren't, and you
don't have the warranty, you're stuck paying a large amount of money. If you
do have the warranty, you pay now, but don't have to possibly p
I wouldn't bother with it. If it does break down, which is pretty
unlikely (though it can obviously happen) you can fix it yourself if
you're good at that sort of thing.

This app definitely saved me last night when I lost power because of the

Hi:
Yes, you can enable specific warnings, as well as disable them. I only saw the
app repeating alerts if the national weather service repeated a broadcast of a

How do you review iTunes purchased content? Everytime I try, I receive an error

DocuScan is now mac compatible and can be found on the mac app store.
Don't get too excited though, unless you have $299.00 to burn on it.
Hope this actually benefits someone.

Hi Matt,
Thanks so much for the message. I have already purchased the software and am
waiting for the Hovercam which has just shipped today.
Why are you infuriated? I think, overall, the price is great compared to more
expensive solutions.
Thanks.

Still cheaper than the other blindness oriented OCR solutions, such as

Hello. Recording and publishing a podcast, while easy to do, takes some
explaining. Head over to www.schoolofpodcasting.com. There, you should find
