If money is a major concern, I would go with a regular Macbook or a Mac mini.
The advantage of the Macbook is you get the multi gesture trackpad with it.
You could buy one separately for $70 that connects via bluetooth but, why if

There is no shortcut like a gesture or something like that. You can do a 4
finger flick up that will bring you back to the top of the page then flick
right twice and you will be on the previous and next buttons.

The keyboard was one of the wireless keyboards they use in the Apple sore.
It worked with the iphone nicely, but not with a combination iphone and
braille display. More research is needed on this though.
