I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem?
I have heard of this happening before when mac's were connecting

HI Simon,
No I'm also getting those attachments. I fired off a mail to the list
owner, via the group interface on googlegroups yesterday to alert them it
was happening.

Friends of mine inside Adobe tell me that Mac is on their radar but not a
priority. The VO team cannot do anything with a program that doesn't even try
to be accessible on the platform.

Oh yeah, I get that. I just wish Adobe would take care of it.

Hi all.
I was speaking to a friend last night whose friend also has an iPhone.
Somehow, he uses VoiceOver with an English male voice instead of the default
female voice.
I searched briefly for text to speech on the iTunes store and found that

I had to drop the www off the front of the URL before it would load up.
After that it didn't seem to give any speech although the keyboard
shortcuts did move focus around and such.

Yup, the problem is squarely in Adobe's lap as they haven't (publicly)
lifted a finger to get VO support in Flash. Of course on the iPhone
there is no flash support at all even though the device has been around

Donald,
Thanks for letting me know.
I'm wondering if it's a result of a user being connectted with an exchange
server somewhere / somehow and also using mac osx 10.5.x
I am aware of a problem similar to this with that os and exchange as we had
it at work.

Hi,
At least not all Facebook games are flash, though. Thankfully. I hope they'll
eventually listen to the petition about flash accessibility on the Mac.
Also, I'd imagine that, if flash was available on the iPhone, it'd pose the
same potential security risks as it does on computers. Speaking o
There is Adobe's Packager for iPhone which allows a Flash developer to
roll up their Flash app into a standalone iPhone app. Not quite the same
thing as Flash on the iPhone.

Thanks Chris. I think I'll have to get a friend to take a look at these with
me. It's a new area for me, so it goes beyond VoiceOver accessibility.

Hi All,
A month or two ago, someone on this list told me how to select an email address
from the from field of a message when I wanted to reply to the individual
rather than to the list. I am trying to do this again but unable to get it to
work. Can someone remind me how to do it?
Thanks,
Rob
Hello Robert,
This is the way I reply to sender. I press enter on the message, shift tab one
time, control shift right arrow a couple times to highlight the name, press VO
shift M for the menu, and select reply to sender.

Hi,
i'm based in the UK and registered Blind.
I've had some success using the BBC iP;ayer to listen to TV programs with Audio

Now, after all the updating etc, I'm having this problem where,
whenever I try to use the left and right arrows within an input field

The onl suggestion I can give you is try pressing the left and right arrow keys

which makes the arrow keys behave as though you are holdin down control and

Everything is so much more streamlined on the mac. And i'm loving the
applescript features. Don't know if there's a counterpart on windows, but this
one is here to stay.

I'm not sure if my first question is a voiceover problem, or just an HTML thing
I need to get used to. Is there a way to make it stop reading heading levels
and block quotes? I know headings are in the actual HTML, I just enjoyed the
ability to turn them off in jaws.
