If you are on Mavericks, that command has changed to vo-cmd-enter. I haven't tested this, but try: 1. Interact with the table of contacts you want to select, and move to the first of the contacts to be copied. 2. VO-cmd-enter twice (it was selected, so the first time de-selected it). 3. VO-arrow
