Amadeus, reaper, or audacity?

I currently make some use of Amadeus Pro, but I want to look around for a similar multitrack audio recorder/editor program. Is anyone have experience with reaper on the Mac? How about audacity? I’m looking for simple to use and highly accessible without a huge learning curve. Thanks for any
