I think it's like uber, only cost is a little higher, at least from what I've
heard, and has fewer vehicles at the moment.

Hi,
One other con that I have seen in the app so far is that I have not found a way
to change from left to left express or whatever they call the higher the ride.
The only thing I have been able to do it schedule a left ride.

I have briefly tested the new app, and while they have introduced some
unlabeled buttons, there do not appear to be any showstoppers that
would prevent you from using the app as you did before, though they
have not addressed key accessibility barriers known for a while.
