Is there any way to stop VoiceOver from anouncing the kind of item you are
focused on in finder? I've disabled the Kind column in the view options, but I
still hear things like, "application", "folder", "wave audio file", "unix
executable file", etc.

I'm not sure what's going on here either. In my Input Sources tab the table
contains two columns, one for checkboxes and the other for sources. All the
languages have labels, starting with Afghan.

my iMac keyboard is set to english u.s. since the new lions contains voices in
other languages, i would like to be able to write text in a different language.
