If the dialog box is not showing up, do a VO-f2 twice quickly in safari to bring up the window chooser, and select the dialog from it. It's a pretty straightforward dialog. I wouldn't recommend trying to select various parts of the web page, as the accessibility is not the best for that. You'll

Not sure about dashboard but I have some on my desktop that I've created with "we bloc" files. You can create a textile with the internet address in it and just copy it to your desktop. the line with the address has to have the phrase URL=followed by the web address: this might be and example:
