If the dialog box is not showing up, do a VO-f2 twice quickly in safari to bring up the window chooser, and select the dialog from it. It's a pretty straightforward dialog. I wouldn't recommend trying to select various parts of the web page, as the accessibility is not the best for that. You'll have to add the entire thing. Personally, I would go with the text file with UrL=webpage saved to your desktop instead. Place the webpage address where the word "webpage" is in the above line.
