I use a combination of Onyx and Clean my Mac.
Clean my Mac is paid for but does a good automatic job. There are lots of
features but all I do is launch the app, go to the Actions menu, then press
scan. Repeat the process of going to the actions menu and press clean. Wait a
few seconds, enter yo
Sounds to me like you want two apps. Disk cleaner and app cleaner.
You will want to get app cleaner from it's own web site as I don't think it's
in the Apple store. Disk cleaner either, but, could be wrong about that.

can anybody reccommend a good cleaner for the mac? I want to get rid of adware
and other junk type files..
I heard of tune up my mac, but don’t know how good it is. any suggestions will
