Hi Walter,
Simply open numbers.
press command N.
press enter on new blank document.
Interact with the layout area then table one.
As you arroww through the rows and columns you hear a1, a2, a3, b3, c3, d3, and
so on.
To enter text in a sell, use the arrows to navigate to that cell, then type.
