Hi Walter, Simply open numbers. press command N. press enter on new blank document. Interact with the layout area then table one. As you arroww through the rows and columns you hear a1, a2, a3, b3, c3, d3, and so on.
To enter text in a sell, use the arrows to navigate to that cell, then type. press either tab to go to the next column or enter to go to the next row when you are done. For example, in b1, type name and press tab. In c1, thype phone number and press enter. This should leave you in b2, directly below the word name that you typed in b1. Type erik burggraaf and press tab. type 1-888-255-5194 and press enter. You should now be on b3, directly below the name erik burggraaf which you typed.
