Replacing all will always take the set of files you selected and copy them to
new location, deleting any files of the same name. Keeping newer, will look at
the dates of each file from the source and destination and only copy the file
if the one you are copying has been modified after the

When I copy a lot of files onto a backup drive it asks if I want to replace all
