Hi,

Replacing all will always take the set of files you selected and copy them to 
new location, deleting any files of the same name.  Keeping newer, will look at 
the dates of each file from the source and destination and only copy the file 
if the one you are copying has been modified after the date on the file it 
would be replacing.  So, for example, if you had a file called me.doc and the 
modification date was more recent than the me.doc file you were copying, it 
would keep the newer version, and not copy the me.doc you selected.
