Hi, Try using Preference Cleaner to delete the preference files for FaceTime. But, make sure FaceTime is closed before doing this. Then, just relaunch FaceTime. The link for more info about this program is http://www.echomist.co.uk/software/PreferenceCleaner.shtml

well, if i go and create a new user, i can make and receive cell calls on my mac with my iPhone 5s, but still can not with the original default user i have.. any ideas? something to do with .pList files i suspect, as this is what i read on a list when searching for solutions to this problem...
