Hi,
Try using Preference Cleaner to delete the preference files for FaceTime. But,
make sure FaceTime is closed before doing this. Then, just relaunch FaceTime.
The link for more info about this program is

I’ve seen similar problems with programs before, and using Preference Cleaner
to delete the preference files for the misbehaving program seems to fix things.
:)
The program is accessible, and it’s easy to figure out. Just click Add
Application, find FaceTime, click Select, and then, click “Delete From Batch
List.” This is when Preference cleaner is running. These same procedures work
for most programs, just substitute whatever program you’re dealing with in for
FaceTime.
Hope this helps. :)
