I don't know a lot about Amadeus Lite, but if you are going to take the
time to learn Amadeus I would recommend getting the full version. I think
otherwise you will keep finding functions you would like to use but don't have.

I'm trying to understand the difference between Amadeus pro and light. I
intend to use it for recording tapes on the Mac. Do you know if it is possible
to upgrade from light to pro later time?
Also, can amadeus detect silences to split the file automatically?
