from. The first answer I got was, "hand touching camera". So tried again
and the second anser I got was, "not sure, bit blurr

VizWiz is already in the UK Stores, as well. I haven't tried to search
exhaustively, since I'd have to go through the process of resetting my iTunes
store location to every country in order to check. You should just try the
link for the U.S. iTunes store. This is a free

up in the US app store. I have played with it a little and my first impression
