Just arrow down until you get the key you want, then tab and arrow down until
you get the key you want to map to. Should work, that's how I did it.

As far as sharp keys goes, when you open sharp keys there are two list boxes.
If I remember correctly (although it was more than 5 months ago since I did
this) the first list box is where you have to pick the key you want to remap.
