As far as sharp keys goes, when you open sharp keys there are two list boxes. If I remember correctly (although it was more than 5 months ago since I did this) the first list box is where you have to pick the key you want to remap. So go into the first list box and tab until you get to choose a list of keys like special caps lock then tab to the next list box and remap that special caps lock to your accent key if you have a Mac Book Pro or jaws will not get an insert key. When you have done, then tab until you get to the register button and when you have remaped all that you want, restart the virtual machine again.
