Yes, I can now confirm seeing this, at least in Emacs. I will write to Apple
Accessibility about it and hope they have some notion of how to fix it.

Can you provide a concrete example of what happens when a line is truncated?
It's easier to understand if I know what you're hearing, so to speak. I
haven't noticed much odd in Terminal myself, but I don't use it all that
regularly.

I've noticed that terminal has begun truncating lines. If I use Vo-L I can hear
the line, or if in an editor I can arrow up and down and hear it sometimes, but
I wondered if anyone else has experienced this. I made sure I have the window
