Truncating Lines in Terminal

I've noticed that terminal has begun truncating lines. If I use Vo-L I can hear the line, or if in an editor I can arrow up and down and hear it sometimes, but I wondered if anyone else has experienced this. I made sure I have the window at full size, and the program not in full screen. has anyo
