3. You don't need to put the vo cursor on a column heading. Just move over to
the column, it doesn't matter on which item you land, and then do vo shift
backslash.

Hello Paul. I tried sorting and it didn't work. I put the VO Cursor on a name
and typed VO+shift+backslash. I got the error tone. I don't know how to put the
VO cursor on a column header. Am I missing a step?

To add to this, if the sorting is by name but it is in reverse order, you can
correct that by clicking the column header for name, with the mouse. We,
voiceover users, have a shortcut to do the same thing. Moving the vo cursor to
the column to reverse, you then press vo shift backslash.

You have to go into the View Menu and go down to Sort by. There are a lot of
choices on there like like Last Opened, Last Modified, etc. I think if you want
alphabetical you would choose Name.
