Hi Anders, I've found that FaceTime must have a method by which it can mute the computer audio. I tried this sort of thing and was unable to hear the VO or other computer audio. It's entirely possible that I wasn't doing things exactly correctly, but I couldn't get it to work through FaceTime

Work station to work station vo wont work through the connection, if you have a server in the middle and remote desktop enabled then yes vo will work, otherwise you could try a remote connection and run VO on your friends computer while listening via a telephone but again not a great means to a
