Click on Windows menu > connection-doctor and verify the settings there.
In particular you should check the Imap port and ensure that the port is set to
995.

I don’t know if I can give you an answer for certain, but my first thought was
that when you are accessing your Mac, you may not be in the right mailbox.
There may be some other possibilities I haven’t thought of. Try pressing
