Hi Becky. I don’t know if I can give you an answer for certain, but my first thought was that when you are accessing your Mac, you may not be in the right mailbox. There may be some other possibilities I haven’t thought of. Try pressing command and the number 1 on your Mac which should take you to your inbox. On my computer, that gives me access to all my email, whether it is from my iCloud account or my sbcglobal account. Let us know please what happens if you press command 1.
