Windows won't help either. At least I couldn't figure it out. Mine is stuck
on English and Spanish. I can reverse them from English to Spanish and
Spanish to English but can't select a different language. Here is another

Yup, I can reproduce this. They seem to be using some kind of faked
pull-down menu so when I VO-space it makes the drop-down of languages,
but they never move focus there and moving focus off the button causes
the fake pull-down menu to collapse again. The only way I could figure
