I contacted Tim Cooke once and it was passed on to the Accessibility team so
I’m afraid you’d get no where contacting Tim Cooke. If you remember, I wrote
to him about the Apple watch which I shared with you all and got a reply from
the Accessibility team.

I send accessibility bug reports as detailed as I’m able to give. The new
standard answer seems to be the issue was device specific. That makes support
impossible. Of course they can not provide support for each and every

You asked an inappropriate question. It was not about accessibility i.e. not
about zoom or voice over etc. They perceived that you were trying to get free
support. When you should have purchased Apple Care to gain an answer or at
least an investigation to your issue.
