Hello,
It has two views: a remote view and a local view. You can navigate to the
folder you want, just as in finder, by pressing cmd+down arrow. Cmd+up arrow
goes to the parent folder.
It will upload or download teh file into whichever folder is open in the view,
so all you have to do is navig
