Hello, It has two views: a remote view and a local view. You can navigate to the folder you want, just as in finder, by pressing cmd+down arrow. Cmd+up arrow goes to the parent folder.
It will upload or download teh file into whichever folder is open in the view, so all you have to do is navigate to it. Hope this makes sense.
